Lulu and Pappo and the Park's Lost Property

The town where Lulu and Pappo live is summer all year round. Everyone loves the phrase, "Cool down the Earth!" But outside, it doesn't get cool at all.

"Pappo, are you okay? No matter how much I fan you, the breeze is lukewarm."
"It's as if the sun is following me wherever I run."

Looking for a cool place, the two of them came to the park.
